Hello again Carlsson Planet users, I have managed to pick up another pair of OA 14s, 8 years after my first pair.
These are in white, and I won't be picking these up for a few days. The seller has said the cabinets are in 'Ok' condition. Obviously I want to restore. I've searched but haven't found an answer, so here is where I ask what are my options.
After a thorough cleaning –
Can I use a touch up paint/marker in white and apply to the areas that need it? If so do we know what type of white was used on these original speakers?
If they need more dramatic restoration, Can I respray/repaint the entire cabinets in white?
If so, due to the being painted already will I have to sand and prime, or can I simply paint over cleaned cabinets?
Pictures attached to reference condition.
Thank you for the assistance!

Re: Restoring White Cabinets
Hello!
I don’t know much about this at all but here is the section on this site about it in English if you haven’t found it: https://carlssonplanet.com/en/renovation-restoration/
Congratulations and good luck! Would be nice to hear how it goes!
