OA 14 Hold Down Clamps

Post by Hamiltonguy »

Hello Experienced People!

This is my first post here, and I'm hoping to gain some help. I have a pair of OA 14 and have gone ahead and ordered a new pair of woofers from HIFI Kit.

The woofers that are in it now (no good, not original) are secured directly with screws in the metal surround of the woofer. There are no hold down clips that I see in the pictures.

How can I get, or what can I use to secure the new woofers when they arrive?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

This is not original - I once got two OD 11 :s from Grafpro. He secured the woofer with a brick and a small coin. The clamps were gone and It´s not original but it worked. The screws were original though.

"Brick" means "tegelsten". I suppose Momus means "washer".
