OA 14 Logo Removal

Hi all, I am going to restore this cabinet and was wondering what the best way to remove the Sonab logo is before beginning work? Thank you in advance!

A sharp knife carefully applied betwwen the wood and the logo. Bend in several places bit by bit.

This is how they look when they are removed:
