Old radios swedish forum

Post by fdevlos »

Hello,
I live in Paris and I collect old radios. Today, I find a Luxorita. It's my first swedish radio set but it seems to be very difficult
to find informations about it in France. I'm not probably on the right forum but could someone tell me if there is,
in Sweden, a forum that is specialised in old radio sets ?
Best regards
Russ

Thank you Russ for this link.
This website is well known by radio collectors but schematics are not free.
I am looking for a free swedish website dedicated to old radios where collectors are exchanging their knowledge.
Perhaps, I could find one of them by giving swedish words in google, but I don't speak swedish.
The words could be : radio set, tube, valve, cristal radio, amplitude modulation, superheterodyne receiver, short wave, ...

Google of "luxorita" gives also http://www.radiohistoriska.se/forum/index.php. It's in Swedish of course.

Thank you again Rolf for the schematic.
If I can repair this radio, I'll look for a scan of the dial on french
or swedish forums.

Hi,
Some news of this Luxorita : it's working fine on FM, LW, MW and SW bands. Many capacitors were leaky and have been changed
thanks to the schematic given by Rolf. Some valves were missing (ECC85, EBF82 and ECL89). Its sensibility is very good.
Here are some pictures of the radio. Now, I'm looking for a scan of the dial and I hope to find it on specialized forum but
if this radio set is very common in Sweden, perhaps someone here has it in his attic. Thanks.
