Re: A Look Inside the CT-62 Tweeter
Hi, it's a comforting thing to know in Sweden there is a high level of competency in English. But speaking personally, I'm completely Swedish illiterate! It's good to see this thread's come alive with everyones contributions. To put any anxieties to rest, the ferrofluid is there alright, you can jus...

Re: A Look Inside the CT-62 Tweeter
Ok, here we go. Some photos of the inside of the tweeter. I can't take anymore as I've thrown the sample out. I'll be updating this thread with the internal findings and assessment.

Re: A Look Inside the CT-62 Tweeter
Hello Lenn, I think you're the only one who cares to see inside these things! I guess the language barrier on this website doesn't help though. Regardles...

A Look Inside the CT-62 Tweeter
I haven't posted on this website for a while but I do recall in the past I'd mentioned the intent of taking apart a CT-62 tweeter and examining it's innards. I can take a few photos and post results if a few show an interest.

Re: SONAB Clone - Pataco Loudspeakers
Hello Martin, I don't know the first thing about the company but entering their name into a search engine reveals it remains in existence - www.pataco.com Whether they still make a SONAB clone is unknown, and I would say their own effort was produced in the late 70's to early 80's during the styles'...

SONAB Clone - Pataco Loudspeakers
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. In keeping with that statement, perhaps the folks at Swiss Pataco loudspeakers had SONABs on their mind once upon a time. Quite by accident I came across these: http://www.hifi-wiki.de/index.php/Pataco_PD_113 And these; http://audiozavar.com/arch...
