I suppose you could use a bicycle inner tube, but I don't know how you would ever cut it straight, especially since the inner tube is curved. I was hoping to use the same material as on the original.

Does anyone know of a good source for the vinyl edging (preferably in the United States) that is stapled to the bottoms of the metal speaker grills on Sonab speakers? I acquired a pair of really rough OA-12's and the vinyl strips are torn and split. (These are undergoing a basket case restoration......

Thanks for the comments Guys. BTW, I'm in Southern California, USA I just purchased a pair of rosewood OA-2212's. I refoamed the woofers & Mids. After a quick wipedown of Howard's restor a finish, they look... stunning. The veneer is mint. The crossovers are all within spec and need nothing. The...
